All 3+ hour services require a Booking Fee of $50
which will be put towards your service. 

The Booking Fee of $50 is non refundable in the event of a no-show. To avoid a “no-show,” please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment.
 

Those who give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling their appointment will have their booking fee held, which will be put towards their service once it has been completed.

(3+ hour services include: Full Head of Highlights, Balayage, Ombre,

Bleach Roots, Full Blonding Service, Color Correction and Keratin Smoothing Treatment)

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment with out enough notice. We are not able to fill that time. This means your stylist does not have the opportunity to earn income and clients lose the opportunity to receive services.
