Please understand that when an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill that time. This means your stylist loses the opportunity to earn income, and other clients miss the opportunity to book that appointment time.

If you receive a confirmation text message asking you to reply “C” to confirm, not replying to the message does not cancel your appointment. Your appointment will remain scheduled unless you contact us directly.

The only way to properly cancel or reschedule an appointment is to call the salon at 905-702-8862 or email info@wsalon.ca to inform us.
